29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:  (a) On or about 02/14/2018 - Mill #2, two 1-gallon plastic jugs containing ECOCOOL SYN 7360 (Blade Mist) were not labeled.  (b) On or about 02/14/2018 - Mill #2, one 2.5-gallon plastic jug containing Anticorit 1028 (Rust Prohibitor) was not labeled.  Delta Steel & Tube, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091657, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 2/9/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 410 Gerrard Drive, Florence, AL.
