29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Northeast Water Pollution Control Plant, 3899 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137: The employer failed to ensure that each employee pouring concrete walls was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 20ft while standing on concrete wall forms. Conditions occurred on or about September 11, 2015.
