29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a)	Jobsite: 3899 Richmond St., Philadelphia, PA 19137 - On or about June 10, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that employees were provided with adequate training on hazardous chemicals in their work area.  Employees mixed and poured Slag and Portland Cement on a daily basis without receiving hazardous communication training, exposing employees to respiratory hazards and skin burns.    Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to:  - Calcium Oxide, Quartz, Magnesium Oxide, and Hexavalent in Slag Cement - Calcium Oxide, Quartz, Gypsum, Limestone, Magnesium Oxide, and Hexavalent Chromium in Portland Cement
