29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments. a) Jobsite located at 3899 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137 on or about October 19, 2024. The employer did not ensure the crane operator of a Terex HC 165 hydraulic crawler crane followed all manufacturer procedures applicable to the functions of the crane to include but not limited to, load charts, thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards.
