29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. At the job site, employees installing floor trusses on building 5 were exposed to a 31 feet 3 inch (from the edge of the fourth story floor to the ground), and a 10 foot (from the top of the fourth story floor trusses to the third story floor) fall hazards, in that, no type of fall protection was used, on or about 09/24/2015. b. At the job site, employees marking the walls locations on building 7 were exposed to a 31 feet 3 inch (from the edge of the fourth story floor to the ground) fall hazard, in that, no type of fall protection was used, on or about 09/24/2015.
