Toledo, OH; On September 30, 2015, the employer did not assure employees where protected while operating the #83 Aida 160 Part Revolution Mechanical Power Press. An employee received a crushing injury to the left arm while clearing scrap from the press while inside the light curtains, and another employee pressed the two hand controls, cycling the press.
