29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: On or about October 21, 2015: a) Inside the paint and blast building on the north side of the spray booth, where a 55-gallon drum containing residual paint and paint thinner was not labeled with the identity of its contents. b) Outside the paint and blast building on the north side, where several 55-gallon drums containing residual paint and paint thinner were not labeled with the identity of its contents. The Accelerated Production Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(5)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 993288, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 24310 Tomball Parkway, Tomball, TX 77375.
