29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On 10/21/2015, workers from Cheltenham Construction Services, Inc. were sheathing a roof of a two story residence located at 1137 Ironhorse Court, Wentzville MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Cheltenham Construction Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902001, citation number 1, item number 2, group b issued on 5/21/2013, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8432 Delcrest Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63124.
