29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Employers are working on low sloped one story, residential roof surfaces and are not protected from falling in excess of 9 feet to the ground below, by any means of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall protection systems.    The employer, Carlson Enterprises LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 446956, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 12551 Glamring Ct, Jacksonville, FL 32225.    The employer, Carlson Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 929511, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2588 Springmeadows Dr, Middleburg, FL 32050.    The employer, Carlson Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 687898, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Nadia Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
