29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  a)  On the 4th floor, near the shaker machinery, collected piles of dust and debris were observed on floors, on top of machinery and lighting fixtures, on or about November 12, 2015.  The Strategic Materials was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22 (a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314808445, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/02/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2323 W. 3rd Street Cleveland, OH  44113.

The Strategic Materials, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134 (k)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316372572, citation number 1, item numbers 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/23/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 45 Kenwood Circle Franklin, MA  02038.
