Strategic Materials Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1655540, citation number Three, item number One and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3240 Robinson Road in Midlothian, TX; and  Strategic Materials Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500353, citation number One, item number Two and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3240 Robinson Road in Midlothian, TX.
