The machine was not provided safe guards to prevent any part of the employees body from entering the danger zone.     Merrill Industries was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019930, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Village Street, Ellington, CT06029.
