Promenade Cir. Sheboygan, WI: On 12/8/15, employees were exposed to falls while standing on and working from floor trusses when the fall protection plan did not communicate the proper use of the fall protection systems in place in that unbraced trusses were not suitable for anchorage and the self-retracting lifelines were not intended for foot level tie off.
