29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent).  a) Filter Press, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the surrounding platform and the platform was not equipped with standard railings, on or about, February 5, 2015.  b) Concentrated Brine Tanks, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the surrounding platforms and the platforms were not equipped with standard railings in areas where the tank sides otherwise served as fall protection, on or about February 5, 2016.  "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
