29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty-one (31) feet to the ground due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities which took the monitor's attention away from the monitoring function, such as performing roofing operations with other employees. W.B.R. Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 901146, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 9401 Nashville Ave, Centennial Pool, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
