29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Back office/Storage room - On or about December 31, 2015 and at times prior thereto, boxes, crates, and other materials were stored in the passageways of the exit route leading to the exit door. Connecticut CVS Pharmacy, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049352, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3710 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 06604. The CVS Albany, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895172, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2151 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY.
