29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) roof - employees were exposed to a fall of 48 feet while installing sheathing a 5.9/12 sloped roof. The employees were not wearing fall protection, on or about 1/8/16. The Garcia Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1094309, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Largo Florida.
