29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms:  (a) CP Industries - Seventh Floor - The open-sided stairway was missing the midrail for the entire fifteen risers and the top rail was missing for five risers mid stairway, on or about January 12, 2016   (b) CP Industries - Sixth Floor - The open-sided stairway was missing the midrail, on or about January 12, 2016.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
