29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(I): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee is trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job: a) Pennsylvania American Water / 546 Leasure Ave Ext, New Castle, PA: On or about January 26, 2016 the employer did not document or track contractor employee training to ensure each contract employee was trained in the site specific work practices required when working at or near the chlorine storage room.
