29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the job site, in back of the building, on or about January 21, 2016, an employee was exposed to fall hazard while using a 2 X 24 metal platform as a walkway, exposing him up to a 10-foot fall hazard. b) At the job site, on or about January 21, 2016, two employees were working from the roof installing roof sheathing onto the roof deck without any means of fall protection, exposing employees up to 17-foot fall hazard.
