Main Floor - On or about February 27, 2018, a portable Werner Telescoping Multi-Ladder (model: MT-17) did not have its side rails extended at least three (3) feet above the landing surface, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11.4 feet.

Main Floor Balcony - On or about February 27, 2018, employees worked from the balcony floor deck and from a porch beam while installing the frames for the balconys walls without the use of a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 20 feet. b). Upper Floor - On or about February 27, 2018, employees worked from the upper floor deck while drawing chalk lines on the floor without the use of a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11.4 feet. Yoder Brothers Construction, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1119165, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1623 Bruce Drive, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522.
