On 1/26/2016, workers from Baumstark Roofing were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located on 112 Cypress Meadows Drive, Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The foreman and an employee were observed working on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
