29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a)      South End of Main Shop;  Office relocatable power taps were attached to the wall and used in a dirty and corrosive environment.  The UL listing and labeling states that this type of relocatable power tap is for office environments only, not shop environments which can be dirty, oily, or corrosive.  The UL listing and labeling also states that relocatable power taps are not designed to be attached to a surface. This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  a)      Field Services Room, Main Shop;  A metal box which contained hornets monitoring equipment was stored underneath the breaker panel.   b)      FSU Storage Room;  A plastic box was stored underneath the breaker panel.    This exposes employees to possible tripping and struck by hazards.
