Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a.  On or about February 1, 2016, located in the Dry Grocery warehouse from aisles 56 - 84, there were permanent aisles and passageways that were not marked in areas where there was pedestrian traffic and powered industrial vehicles operated, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
