On or about June 14, 2021, the employer did not anchor stationary machines, including but not limited to, a Torin Big Red Jacks 40 Ton Hydraulic Press  located in the maintenance shop area.  2. On or about June 14, 2021, the employer did not anchor stationary machines, including but not limited to, a Stallion Tire Company, Inc. Mighty Midget tire press located in the maintenance shop area.
