29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. 23-33 Cortland Place, Skillman, NJ - Building 1701-1706 Montgomery Ridge Employees engaged in residential framing activities were not protected from fall by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees framing at levels greater than 20 feet were observed walking the top plate while installing floor joists. Violation observed on or about February 6, 2016 A & B Builders Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082952, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Liverpool Way, Block 404.28 - Lot 6, Medford NJ.

Employees used an aluminum extension ladder as access through a second story window that did not extend at least three feet above the landing surface. Violation observed on or about February 6, 2016 A & B Builders Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082952, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Liverpool Way, Block 404.28 - Lot 6, Medford NJ.
