29 CFR 1910.23(a)(8): Every floor hole into which persons can accidentally walk were not guarded: a) Rig #75, Wyoming County, PA: A floor hole of approximately 8 inches by 20 inches located on a mud tank adjacent to the degasser exposed workers to the hazard of tripping and falling, on or about February 8, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Nomac Drilling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.23(a)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1018685, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/2/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Asherton, TX.
