Sources of ingition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot sirfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat:    Ganther Construction project site located at 2302 E. Glenhurst Ln. Appleton, WI where Ferrellgas Inc. had installed a LP vapor distribution system: On February, 8, 2016, an employee was exposed to burn and explosion hazards when he drove his truck up to a leaking 1000 gallon LP tank and started repairing it.  Precautions were not taken and the vehicle's hot exhaust system and engine were potential sources of ignition for the LP vapors.
