On or about 02/24/2017 at 300 County Rd 448. in Tavares, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 02/24/2017. The employer notified OSHA on 02/27/2017 at 11:00 a.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
