29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million.    785 New Ludlow Road, South Hadley, MA: On or about February 11, 2016 three of four employees operating power trowels inside a pre-engineered building under construction for approximately 9 hours had carboxyhemoglobin levels that were indicative of overexposures to the 8 hour time weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million (ppm) for carbon monoxide.  The calculated 8 hour time weighted average exposures to carbon monoxide were 466 ppm, 301.7 ppm and 190.3 ppm which were 9.32, 6.03 and 3.80 times respectively the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 20 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
