29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): Wheel chocks were not placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: Loading and unloading docks, Savannah, GA. a) Loading dock areas of buildings, on or about 02-18-2016, employees were exposed to fall/crushing hazards related to forklifts falling from loading dock when trailers move occurs as forklifts load cargo, due to failure to secure the trailer wheels with chocks.
