29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator from hazards such as those created at the point of operation and at pinch points. a) At the assembly department, on or about 2/17/2016: Employees operated an Arbor Press with an unguarded die tool, exposing employees to amputation hazards at the point of operation. b) At the assembly department, on or about 2/17/2016: Employees guided material into the die cutting area without a push stick at an Arbor Press, exposing employees to pinch-point hazards.
