The Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 968212, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 333 Troy Street River Falls, WI 54022.
