29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about December 7, 2015, at 2600 Millscott Road:  a) Employees performing framing work on Building 2000B, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 49-feet when they worked at the unprotected edges and above lower levels from the top plate without using fall protection and/or without tying off to their life lines.  b) Employees performing framing work on Building 2000D, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20-feet when they worked at the unprotected edges and above lower levels from the top plate without using fall protection and/or without tying off to their life lines.   EZ Framing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 735501, citation number 1, item number 2,  and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Jonesboro, Georgia.
