29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  On 10/4/2016, at the 1760 Lakes Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia job site, subcontracted employees performing framing operations on a wood built apartment building were not using fall protection when exposed to fall hazards between 18 to 27 feet.   EZ Framing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 735501, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/8/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1460 Distribution Drive, Suwanee, Georgia.  E Z Framing Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314209347, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at McDonough, Georgia.
