29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employer engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while at a residential construction site. This most recently occurred on February 18, 2016 on the jobsite located at 661 S. 200th Ave., Omaha, NE where employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 22 feet to the ground below. Francisco Equivel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1007101, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2469 182nd Cir., Omaha, NE 68130.
