29 CFR 1910.213(b)(7): Feeder attachments shall have the feed rolls or other moving parts so covered or guarded as to protect the operator from hazardous points:    (a)  On or about 02/19/2016, the hand of an employee performing maintenance was struck by a steel pin used to hold a hammer in place on a Jeffery Bark Hog when another employee, while reassembling the machine, pushed the pin through a hole in the machine's rotor segment and the pin unexpectedly passed through the hole without resistance.
