(b) Jobsite, 174 Franklin Avenue, Vandergrift, PA 15690: On or before February 23, 2016, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet in that the metal stage extended approximately 42 inches over its left and 30 inches over its right supports.
