29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: 75 Spring Hill Road, Saco, Maine, fabrication bay - On or about March 3, 2016, employees performing welding activities had time-weighted average noise levels of 91.8 and 86.4 decibels measured on the A scale (with respective doses at 128.7% and 61.3%) and a monitoring program had not been developed.
