29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. Maintenance Room - Cords and equipment located on the floor in the maintenance room created a tripping hazard. Casco Bay Steel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1113549, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/07/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Wallace Avenue, South Portland Maine.
