29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  On February 29th, 2016 and at times prior employees were exposed to up to an 24 foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials on a 4/12 pitch roof without the benefit fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 43rd Avenue NE & North 19th Street in Bismarck, ND.    Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1085582, Citation  1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/16/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4421 12th Street West, in Dickinson, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 97148, Citation  1, Item 2 , and was affirmed as a final order on 9/16/2011, with respect to a workplace located at  2500 Diagonal Road in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.
