29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: (a) On or about May, 27, 2016 the employees were exposed to fall hazards for approximately 9 feet while installing roofing materials without any means of fall protection at or near the corner of 19th Street North & 43rd Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
