On the 6/12 pitched roof of a residential property, employees installing a tile roof were not protected from falling approximately 10 feet 5 inches, on or about 2/24/16.    Cirilos' Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093998, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/29/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1723 Woodpath Drive, Auburndale, FL.
