29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about 06/21/2017 on the roof of a residential building in Champions Reserve, Davenport, FL., employees were exposed to a 9 ft. 10 inches fall hazard, in that, no fall protection was used. Employees was installing shingles on a 5 in 12 pitched roof.    Cirilos' Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1128842, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/26/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 3029 Refuge Ct., Melbourne, FL.  Cirilos' Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093998, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/29/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1723 Woodpath Drive, Auburndale, FL.  Cirilos' Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1048586, citation number 2, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/15, with respect to a workplace located at 5321 Bentpine Cove Road, Duval, FL.
