On or about February 19, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee who had been performing carpentry work, fell about 17 feet from a ladder that had not been properly secured.       Infinity Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 817602, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/01/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2540 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, Florida, 34994.
