29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) At 1784 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 1, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an elevated aerial lift basket were using a harness exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 35 feet to the pavement below.
