29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 4700 W 13th St N, Wichita, KS:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 8:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.    Dionicio Lara Briano was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062567, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/08/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4715 N. Prestwick Ave., Bel Aire, Kansas.  Dionicio Lara Briano was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315088534, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 201 S. Cedarwood Dr., Rose Hill, Kansas.
