29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while engaging in residential roofing activities. This was most recently documented on or about July 18, 2018 at a jobsite located at 1242 S. Fox Run Wichita, KS 67207. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 9:12 and 7:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet and 15 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
