29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:     The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards associated with operating the TS-18 Delta Unisaw 10 table saw located in the wood shop of the facility located at 6316 John J. Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68110.  Specifically the employer has an employee using the saw to cut material used in the packaging process without having the guard installed resulting in an incident where the employee had fingers on the left hand amputated.
