29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about December 29, 2024, it was documented that employees engaged in maintenance activities in welding section AW005 of Lozier Corporation located at 6336 John J. Pershing Drive, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to caught-in and caught-under hazards in that the employer did not develop, document, and implement hazardous energy control procedures for repair, servicing, and maintenance of hydraulic lift tables. Instances included, but were not limited to, the Prestco Lifts ECOA HH Series hydraulic lift table.
